1. Make the Filling:
- In a small bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Stir in the shredded coconut, mashed banana, chopped walnuts, and crushed pineapple.
- Fold in the marshmallow creme until well combined.
2. Assemble the Wontons:
- Position a wonton wrapper with one point toward you.
- Keep the remaining wrappers covered with a damp paper towel until ready to use to prevent them from drying out.
- Place 2 teaspoons of the filling in the center of the wrapper.
- Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water.
- Fold the opposite corners together over the filling, forming a triangle, and press the edges firmly to seal.
- Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.
3. Cook the Wontons in the Air Fryer:
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In batches, arrange the wontons in a single layer on a greased tray in the air-fryer basket.
- Spritz the wontons with cooking spray.
- Cook until golden brown and crisp, 10-12 minutes.
4. Make the Strawberry Sauce:
- While the wontons are cooking, make the sauce. Place the hulled strawberries in a food processor; cover and process until pureed.
- In a small saucepan, combine the sugar and cornstarch.
- Stir in the pureed strawberries.
- Bring to a boil; cook and stir until thickened, about 2 minutes.
- If desired, strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve to remove the seeds, reserving the sauce and discarding the seeds.
5. Serve:
- Sprinkle the cooked wontons with confectioners’ sugar and cinnamon.
- Serve warm with the strawberry sauce.
