Make this quick and easy Buffalo Ranch Chicken Flatbread! Features pre-made naan or flatbread topped with ranch, spicy Buffalo chicken, mozzarella, and blue cheese.

Ingredients

  • â–¢ 2 naan or flatbreads (approx. 8-10 inch size)
  • â–¢ 1 1/2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • â–¢ 1/2 cup Buffalo sauce (your favorite brand, adjust to taste)
  • â–¢ 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • â–¢ 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • â–¢ 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles (optional)

Garnish:

  • â–¢ 2 tbsp green onions, chopped

Instructions

1. Preheat Oven and Prepare:

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • If desired, line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Prepare the Buffalo Chicken:

  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine the cooked shredded chicken with the Buffalo sauce.
  • Stir well until the chicken is evenly and thoroughly coated in the sauce. Set aside.

3. Assemble the Flatbreads:

  • Place the naan or flatbreads in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Spread a layer of ranch dressing evenly over the surface of each flatbread, leaving a small border if desired.
  • Spoon the prepared Buffalo chicken mixture evenly over the ranch dressing on each flatbread.
  • Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese generously over the Buffalo chicken.
  • If using, scatter the blue cheese crumbles over the mozzarella.

4. Bake:

  • Place the baking sheet with the assembled flatbreads into the preheated oven.
  • Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the flatbread is heated through, the edges are golden brown, and the cheese is melted, bubbly, and possibly slightly browned in spots.

5. Garnish and Serve:

  • Carefully remove the baking sheet from the oven.
