  • 1 package (3.4 ounces) instant lemon pudding mix
  • 1 carton (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 graham cracker crust (9 inches)

Instructions

1. Combine Strawberries and Pudding Mix:

  • In a large bowl, combine the thawed, sweetened sliced strawberries (with their juices) and the instant lemon pudding mix.

2. Let Stand:

  • Let the mixture stand until slightly thickened, about 5 minutes. This allows the pudding mix to begin to set.

3. Fold in Whipped Topping:

  • Gently fold in the thawed whipped topping until well combined.

4. Pour into Crust:

  • Spread the strawberry-lemon filling evenly into the graham cracker crust.

5. Freeze:

  • Freeze for at least 8 hours, or preferably overnight, until completely firm.
