Learn how to make easy and elegant Nutella-Stuffed Strawberries! This recipe features fresh strawberries filled with Nutella, dipped in chocolate, and sprinkled with hazelnuts.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 large fresh strawberries
  • 1/4 cup Nutella
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips, melted
  • 1/4 cup chopped hazelnuts

  • Confectioners’ sugar

Instructions

1. Prepare the Strawberries:

  • Wash and dry the strawberries thoroughly.
  • Remove the stems from the strawberries using a paring knife.
  • Using a paring knife, carefully cut out the centers of the strawberries, creating a cavity for the Nutella.

2. Fill with Nutella:

  • Fill a piping bag (or a resealable plastic bag with a corner snipped off) with Nutella.
  • Pipe the Nutella into the hollowed-out centers of the strawberries.

3. Dip in Chocolate:

  • Melt the milk chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  • Insert a toothpick into the side of each strawberry.
  • Holding the toothpick, quickly dip the stem end of each strawberry into the melted chocolate, allowing any excess to drip off.

4. Sprinkle with Hazelnuts:

  • Sprinkle the chopped hazelnuts over the melted chocolate.

5. Chill:

  • Place the strawberries on a waxed paper-lined baking sheet, point side up.
  • Remove the toothpicks.
  • Refrigerate the strawberries until the chocolate is set, about 15-20 minutes.

6. Dust with Confectioners’ Sugar:

  • Just before serving, dust the strawberries with confectioners’ sugar.
