Instructions

  1. Make the Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, 3 tablespoons of grated parmesan, the pepper, and 1 tablespoon of water until smooth.
  2. Steam the Vegetables: Place a steamer basket in a pot with about an inch of simmering water.
