  • 21/4 cups confectioners’ sugar

Instructions

1. Combine Ingredients:

  • Place all ingredients (strawberries, confectioners’ sugar, and lemon juice) in a blender or food processor.

2. Process Until Smooth:

  • Cover and process until the mixture is completely smooth. This may take a few minutes, depending on your blender or food processor. Scrape down the sides as needed.

3. Freeze:

  • Transfer the mixture to a freezer-safe container.
  • Freeze until firm, at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight.
